Our team have key focus in the planning and organizing of resources & vendors to achieve a specific task, event, or duty toward completion. We manage delivery teams & vendors to achieve successful execution of projects by defining the scope. 

Initial set-up of the project plan this can be done in the preference of the client such as excel, Microsoft projects or for more detailed planning primavera.

Our project managers will align the key stakeholders on the plan to obtain consensus on the strategy to implement the project.

THIS PLAN WOULD SPECIFICALLY LOOK AT THE KEY MAIN AREAS:

  • Core deliverables
  • Organizing of the core deliverables
  • Provide the requirement in terms of an organigram of people required to execute the plan
  • Communicate the deliverables with your team & execute these deliverables where possible in an operational environment or shutdown period
  • Monitor & Report progress to the stakeholders 
  • Track percentage complete and progress against core deliverables
  • Communication, by means of different reporting tools to be able to give mid & senior level management key information to make informative decisions  
  • Manage project costs, early identification of cost trends and impact to client budgets
  • Provide earned value reporting and analysis reports
  • Management of potential risks and opportunities to delivering the client’s needs for projects
